The VEGA SIX is the ideal family home in the VEGA collection. At 88 m² across two floors, it provides three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generous open-plan ground floor with kitchenette, vestibule and entrance hall. The wide 11.26 m facade and 5.50 m ridge give the VEGA SIX a strong architectural presence. Built on Scandinavian C24 certified timber with 17.4 cm EPS 80 SIP panels (U-value 0.23), it is engineered for resilience — in Puerto Rico wind loads, seismic conditions and tropical humidity. No crane is required; experienced teams complete the structure in 12–15 working days. An optional garage extension is available (VEGA SIX PLUS).
