The VEGA ONE delivers a full modular home in a compact, efficient footprint. The ground floor houses an open living and kitchen space with a bathroom and generous balcony access; the sleeping mezzanine above provides a private retreat. Built on a Scandinavian C24 timber frame with 17.4 cm SIP panels (EPS 80, U-value 0.23), the VEGA ONE is engineered to perform in the tropics — airtight, thermally stable and built for longevity. All elements are factory pre-cut and numbered; experienced crews complete the structure in as few as 6 working days without a crane.
