About This Model
Designed for island living.
The VEGA FOUR delivers genuine three-bedroom living in 70 m². Built on a Scandinavian C24 certified timber frame with 17.4 cm SIP panels (EPS 80 core, U-value 0.23), it is engineered to perform in tropical and hurricane-region climates. The ground floor opens through a triple-glazed 240×250 cm balcony door to generous outdoor living — ideal for Puerto Rico's year-round outdoor lifestyle. The steeply pitched 18-degree roof with anthracite standing-seam metal keeps the home cool and sheds tropical rainfall efficiently. No crane is required for assembly; a team of three can unload and erect the structure in approximately 15 working days.
